Let’s put it like this. His debate performance was so bad, and universally agreed as such, that Kamalas response was “He got off to a slow start” and “I’m not here to talk about the last 90 minutes, i’m here to talk about the last 3 years”. Then Biden himself says “I think we did good, it’s hard to debate a liar.” That is fucking pathetic.

The fact that Reddit goalposts have moved to “Why didn’t the moderators fact check Trump!!” is ridiculous. They shouldn’t fact check anyone. The candidates should be competent enough to know the facts and do it themselves. Multiple times during this debate Trump said straight up bullshit and Biden didn’t even ATTEMPT to refute it. Trump could have said the ocean doesn’t exist and if it does it’s pink and Biden would just stand there with his mouth gaping like a literal fucking retard.

It's because if Obama was VP and something happened to the President, the position would theoretically transfer to Obama, which isn't allowed to happen because he's already served two terms.

Now on the other hand, if a VP has to assume Presidential office, they are eligible for two full terms if the term they took over had two years or less remaining. Basically the longest a person can be President is ten years, but only in a certain circumstance. But like I said, Obama wouldn't be eligible for this because he's already served two full terms.

Don't think so. "Elected president" is all that matters. It's not a term limit, it's an election limit. He can be elected VP and assume duties if they fall to him. Same if he ran for Congress, became speaker, and VP and pres had to relinquish... he'd be president. So on down the line.

The 22nd is not a term limit
