Mr. Tomlinson has just threatened Leslie Varney, a female publisher whom he has been attacking on Twitter from behind a block for more than a year, to be sued into poverty with a lawsuit that will presumably be funded by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America.
- Mr. Tomlinson's 2021 lawsuit was funded in secret by the Science Fiction and Fantasy Writers of America, a 501(c)(3) charity, to the tune of $100,000 without the knowledge or consent of their donors or members. They also agreed to pay any sanctions in case he lost (which he did).

- To this day, SFWA has never acknowledged its funding of the lawsuit, and actively instructs the few people in the know to ignore all inquiries into it.

- Mr. Tomlinson has never shown this video footage during any of his media tours, and desperately tries to scrub it from the internet.
- Mr. Tomlinson claims that the surveillance video was initiated by his "motion-activated" camera, which only collects "30 seconds at a time", despite the video being 32 seconds long and beginning several seconds before the "vandal" enters into the frame.
- On 13 April 2023, the individual responsible for calling the fake emergences (SWATs) to Mr. Tomlinson's house, a SWAT-for-hire dealer named "Torswats", revealed that Mr. Tomlinson ordered the SWATs to his own house because he wanted to get in the news and sue the MPD for money.
- Torswats would repeat these allegations in private chats which were not intended for public view.
- Mr. Tomlinson has gone on multiple news tours since the SWATtings started in order to promote his victimhood brand, utilizing the services of Lenora Claire.

He probably literally isn't able to do this shitshow without a couple of beers in him at this point. He said in the past that he chose 4 p.m. as his show time because it best suited his "lifestyle" i.e. drinking and gaming until the wee hours and then sleeping in until after lunch. He wakes up hungover and has to have a hair of the dog to come close to functioning for 8 hours a week. What a wretched ghoul.
