This was a Canadian email that was making the rounds in the political class last fall. While not all this came to pass, they were trying to create checkpoints in Canada recently. Given how it's more of a totalitarian state than any other Western country, I wouldn't doubt this all gets checked off within 6 months from now. You already can't travel out of the country without coming back for a three day quarantine costing a few thousand at a government hotel.

It's coming, fella. We got this new Delta varient going on. It doesn't help that Cuomo is still trying to be president of the northeast, so once he makes some dumb mandate in NY, all of the surrounding states will follow. There's a new "infrastructure" bill that randomly started making rounds again, so certain "people" won't have to worry about being financially compromised once we're not allowed to hang out with friends in our own homes or go work at a small "non-essential" business again.
I think this Lindsey Graham news is a way to get Republicans to not fight back against the lockdowns as much.
I don't think it will work. They aren't getting their story straight -- if Graham got COVID anyway, why vaccinate?

I'm really starting to hate the word "science". These motherfuckers made a religion out of science while in the same breath repudiating the concept of faith based beliefs. I went to Catholic school and fucking hated it, but now I'm starting to respect the core values of it.
