It's possible the woman is an Asian and she does not know what to do in this case -- doesn't quite have a protocol.

The man saying, "my kid's screwed" and the Asian not asking for contact info (at least in the first five minutes of the calls) sounds suspect. Guy could have edited it.

Still, though, a great point is made. They want you to take the vax so they don't tell you about the potential side effects. And this applies not just to the COVID vax but all vaxxes.

you might be right, but as you say it's a good point & a potential legit scenario. I'm sure some parents have found themselves there.
