Do comics think if they aren't podcasting they don't exist or something?

What is the point of Mark Normand doing that nobody's show? His terrible podcasts already pull in at least 10x as many viewers and he can get just as promotional engagement with a tweet as he could an hour conversation with Chrissie. It's not even like she has a demographic worth tapping into unless Mark feels he's lacking in the Fred from Brooklyn types.

By almost any metric, Mark Normand is one of the top comedians in the tier just below "star" and he still does shows at Joe Matarese's pop-up club and Chrissie Mayr's livestream. What a miserable fucking life.

Because if he doesn't she'll say he jerked off in front of her.

It was pretty funny that Chrissie had him on under the guise of a friendly chat when really she wanted to infer that he stole a bit from her without directly accusing him of anything. She even had video/audio queued up to play it back-to-back, but she totally thinks it was just parallel thinking.
