Can somebody explain to me why he got charged with incest and the mother didn't? Was she unconscious, and if so, why wasn't he charged with rape? And if it was consensual then why wasn't she charged? It was such a weird case that VA didnt even have a correct charge for Chris. He was charged for a parent raping their child. Barb has dementia and therefore cannot consent is the jist of my understanding of it. No idea why the charges were dropped after they held him for 2 yrs.

I would have to imagine that after 5000 calls came in trying to get information about chris someone would have done at least some low level internet searching about him. Probably realized it was a retard having sex with his retard mother and the worst punishment they can give him is just let him live his life. It's also probably much easier not having to deal with that insanity and just washing your hands of the whole situation. The chrischan people have very little humanity/intelligence.
