A bunch of different companies make them and they're only like 50 or 60 bucks at a sporting goods store and they will take 30 seconds of video. That's why he only had the 30 seconds worth of video. Most of these things take ~30 secs of video and then there's a delay before they record again. So if he had the delay set to 30 seconds plus, it only recorded him going down to the bike and nothing else. He was too stupid to change the delay to like 5-10 seconds and too stupid to walk quickly down to the bike so he could have his fake vandalism on film. Though maybe he's too fat to walk any faster.
