It really shows how he has zero idea of how companies are run - one problem and you fire the entire board of directors? What would that do to prevent problems in the future?

It would make people more reluctant to come forward with issues and makes a company Implode due to infighting and people being thrown under the bus. This is a known issue and why blameless post mortems exist.

Rick obviously wouldn't know this but if you make the punishment too severe for a child, they just get better at lying and hiding things.

Also the planes with the issues while a problem didn’t crash and people didn’t die - then you’d have a real problem with lawsuits from dead families and a PR nightmare but this sounds like it’s a testing / safety inspection issue that would be a production change to double / triple check and inspect to verify the plane is safe and up to code. Pat believes the board members all need to be fired over a problem but not a catastrophe and it’s big evil rich peoples faults. Like I said, in this logic you would fire the entire board of directors for a car company if you had a safety recall.

Patrick also believes the source of a whistleblower is more important than the contents they expose.

If the Russians expose US politicians of using tax payer money to buy themselves yachts where they have sex with kids then it should be covered up completely regardless of it being true. Unless it involves people he doesn’t personally like, then all accusations should be treated as concrete fact no matter who made them or why.

This reads like the guys in suits and ties were assembling planes. Such an incompetent writer.
That's exactly what I thought. He said "manufacturing process" like they build planes on auto styled assembly line with a 96 second cycle time and they give 4 seconds for the task of tightening this bolt. That's not how planes are built, planes are at stations with QC checks made by the same people, there is no Toyota Kaizen thing going on where they try to squeeze 40 cents out of each task becaus3 there's 9000 tasks on a 30000 dollar car with a 1000 employees on the line. Pat left out the possibility that workers could be lazy and blamed management as if that's who builds the planes.

He tried to make this “the people at the top are cutting corners to maximize profits! Rich people are evil!” Which sounds like it was just an isolated incident and the plane wasn’t properly put together in the first place and must of not been properly checked before completion. Could even be some msnufacting / machine production line issue issue but Pat says it’s all the people on the board of Boeing’s fault and they should all be fired ASAP. Complete retard.

I’m confused - is his suggestion to replace the executive team and board with engineers even though he went on to directly say that it’s not an engineering issue?

You’re not making any sense Charlie Hunger. Shut the fuck up
Pat thinks because he went to a few aviation museums that he knows everything about aeronautics.

This is what happens when you don’t work and are addicted to social media.
A bunch of unrelated things with varying degrees of severity, which is the way the world has always been.

Funny he didn’t put Myanmar in there. Guess he hasn’t seen that on an actual pundit’s timeline yet

I spoke to someone who works at Boeing who says they have special truncated degrees for blacks and they hire a bunch of these people now for some reason.

They can’t do basic engineering solutions or understand it.

Some people would still rather fly in dangerous planes piloted by black women than be considered racist, however.
Boeing gets to borrow/finance money through BlackRock for below market rates, which allows massive profit margins. To qualify for these loans, BlackRock insists on high social equity (via DEI scores etc) for a company to qualify for it. They also have a portfolio management AI called Aladdin that manages 20% of the world's financial assets in a very highly effective way and lets certain clients use it, again in turn for internal social equity policies.

Meanwhile, somewhere in another timeline:

"What do you mean you set down your box cutter while you were cutting boxes, child? Don't you know a customer could pick that up and harm someone with it? I didn't become a Target manager by allowing such breaches on my watch! This is a breakdown of inspections and quality control! You have killed the culture of safety and excellence at one of America's most prestigious and strategically important box stores. You should be replaced, little nothing. Quietly now. Quietly is key..."

That Aladdin program is serious, only they have it and will be only the ones to use it. Their daily debt / credit balance are huge amounts. Im looking at their numbers right now on DTC.
