Brothermen 6ft and under, when is the last time you had a hard time fitting inside a hotel shower?

Day 1 of an old school no-sugars, no-carbs, only healthy fats diet. 6 small healthy meals/snacks day and a lean and green (6oz meat and salad) at night. Not drinking much alcohol at all, so to quit altogether is no big deal. Back to Sashimi, and NO FOOD AT ALL AFTER 8pm.

I’ve been feeling like ass since putting on 40lbs over the last 2 years…Lower back fucked up, can’t bend straight over to tie my sneakers without breathing hard, feels like I’m laying face first on a basketball if I try to get a tan on my fat ass…

A high weight of 250 today folks. It will only go down from here.

ANYONE CAN DO IT. Takes will power and the desire to feel healthy overriding the desire to eat food that tastes GREAT. I quit smoking and (backmin the day) blow…cold turkey. Just stopped at will.

If you follow this plan and get your body into “fat burning mode” (takes about 2 weeks of hardcore diet adjustment) WITH NO CHEATING…and the weight will fall off of you like a terminal AIDS patient.

Goal- 210lbs…

PS- I cover my fatness up well. Being 6’ 1” helps big time.

I'm 6'3 and don't think I've ever had a problem in a hotel shower. Those are usually higher up than a lot of homes.

Planes in economy can be a bitch but I definitely still fit. I'm not as broad in the shoulders and chest as Patrick though.

Now that you mention it, I vaguely recall having one shower in my life that I was too short for. Nozzle came up to my shoulders so I had to bend down awkwardly to wash my hair. It was very annoying. I cannot remember where this shower took place. Hotel, hostel, gym, pool, foreign country, some shitty apartment of some girl - probably someplace like that. My one uncomfortable shower was strong enough to leave a memory, but irrelevant enough to remember anything else about it.

The airplane thing is legit though. 5 hours in coach and I wanna chop off my legs and live the Lt. Dan life.

6'2 here. Only issue I've ever had in some showers is having to stoop or readjust the shower head but never thought about it till now. Really tall people 6'4 + must have it worse.

Plane seats? I guess economy has shit leg room but I fly business or first these days. Something tells me Pat has to ask for those seatbelt extenders they give women with small babies though.
