Wednesday Addams is not a guaranteed big-money IP like Star Wars, Harry Potter, Spiderman, etc. It's on level with Gilligans Island, The Brady Bunch, Beverly Hillbillies, famous 1960s tv shows. Even then, people want the whole cast, they don't want to see a modern Marcia Brady or Thurston Howell III spinoff. But all over the goddamn world, people give the Wednesday show a try and keep watching. Nobody stops watching Jenna.

Man this shit could have failed. Dismissed as a shitty teen drama, no season 2, Jenna goes back to "love interest of the protagonist" roles. I'm sure some of you were hoping Wednesday would bomb for the lulz. Nope, I always win because Jenna always wins.
