He used to sleep during senate sessions all the time.

The bigger problem is we shouldn’t expect them to have basic cognitive function. We’re taught to think they’re great leaders when throughout history most of them have been pretty fucking dumb.

I think Joe Biden was one of the original memes since Memes became big during the Obama years. Biden was always seen sleeping, looking confused, eating ice cream, sad looking out window, etc. and the jokes wrote themselves. I remember when Obama care was launched many jokes were made about a Biden care option which was Beef Jerky and a case of Natty.

But when he was the democrat nomination they acted like he’s the smartest and most respected person ever and Trump was just a “reality tv star” (funny how Mark Cuban who is a judge on a reality show competition show like the apprentice is never dismissed as just a “reality tv star” when he gives his political opinions)
