I've seen a massive amount of Before-and-After fitness/transformational photos that have YOU as the Before type. This is far and away from being Thin or even being in the normal weight region, according to the BMI index AND a little thing called logic. So what would you call this?

What thing(s) are you doing now that's put you in that range, because of you body of work?
