The Redfin estimate was about $284k last time I looked.

They bought it for $275k but I don’t remember what their mortgage terms were and it doesn’t look like Martin found his way to the new site but assuming they put 20% down their mortgage payment should be something like $1200-$1400 a month

I don't really get the numbers.
His location is shit, close enough to the city but still immediate location wise it's shit. The exterior property is shit, depending on how valuable 2 guaranteed parking spots in an alley are, and the interior... it's meant for 5 guys living shittily for college only ever cooking chicken and macaroni

I dunno the house is for retards but I guess if it's 6 bedrooms it's gotta be worth something if it's 15 minutes from milwaukee
