BMI is super-flawed. Tons of NFL players come off as obese b/c they're carrying so much muscle mass. Sure, none of us are running backs, but you put on 20-30 pounds of muscle (ANYONE CAN DO IT!) and your BMI makes you look like a Tomlinson.

BMI is only flawed if you're one of a tiny minority of people. Saying you can't generalize because it doesn't apply to a handful of exceptions is an argument for women.
