I just loved that there was this dude out in the desert of Nevada telling ghost stories over the radio in the middle of the night. Something about being in bum fuck Pahrump, NV while flying saucers and lonely satellites flew over head and strange creatures stalked the dark desert. It really captured a sense of awe and wonder in a stoned 13 year old git faggot.

i used to sit in my parents garage getting fawking zooted for hours playing guitar during commercial breaks and listening to art

i'm glad i got the big art bell archive that was floating around on TPB when i did. i still listen to it from time to time. ghost to ghost every year. i wanted to do a tefft pattern type stream on youtube, but i'm guessing they get struck down if it doesn't already exist

I started listening in college after Noory took over full time but with Art hosting on the weekends. There really isn't anything like being a stoned 18 year old nerd listening to Coast. I had a few freakout moments myself, especially when I'd come home to housesit in the country by myself but tanking up on weed the whole time
