We're only seeing the end of the encounter. He thought they would show up saying " swatted again? I'm so sorry Pat!"

That's interesting because Pat himself said that he didn't start tearing strips off of the cops until they realized nothing happened and left. It was their indifference that put him over the edge, not the fact that they answered a call at his house. He probably became enraged and also desperate when he saw that he false flagged himself for nothing, and starting yelling hysterically to get the kind of response that he deserved.

I keep becoming more and more convinced that he false flagged himself. I just assumed he did as soon as I saw that he was still alive and responding after the shooting call, and the only thing that put any doubt in my mind was his hysterical behavior on that recording.

But his own account of what happened where he tries to make himself look like a cool bad ass actually squashed any doubt. He says that he didn't start tearing strips off the cops (i.e. crying hysterically like a woman) until he saw their indifference.

So he is probably docile the whole time with his dick hanging out, but then he sees that the cops are just gonna leave without asking him why anyone would make a false report to police against him (probably because Milwaukee has at least one homicide every night, so who the fuck cares about this non-homicide?), so he makes a complete fool out of himself publicly and alienates himself from the police.

He blew his load with his craziest stunt yet and had nothing to show for it. He just wanted the whole incident to fade into memory and go unnoticed, and that's why he was so quiet on Twitter.
