I'm dot loying. OK they're not the same obviously but there's not enough reason to spend that money on one right now. What games are available for them that you can only play on ps5? Last of Us remake and Demon's Souls remake? Fuck paying $600 just for that.

A game as big as GTA online is already being phased out on PS4. Next gen has features that aren't on the older gen. It'll trickle to other games.

Also at this point you have a better chance of finding a PS5 at Best Buy than you'd find a PS4 Pro, and even if a PS4 pro was on the shelf it's less than a $200 difference, and one won't be obsolete in 3 years.

Yeah, i’ve had a PS5 for a year now, the only games i’ve played are that new Ratchet & Clank, Persona 5 Royal, and currently i’m playing God of War Ragnarok. Most of the Playstation exclusives are coming to PC eventually so I’d say it’s not really worth getting.

Same. Honestly I'm slightly disappointed with it so far and I loved the first game. It just feels like an overly long continuation of the first game with super long side quests that aren't particularly interesting and the environments aren't as interesting to me either.

It's not a bad game but it got hyped like it was so much better than the first but it just isn't, at least not so far.

Fuck PC gaming and constantly having to upgrade shit and fuck sony and the PS5. Had a PS4 it kept asking for updates via usb and saying the hard drive was fucked. Sony wanted £250 to pretend they fixed it and swap it for a reconditioned one.

I enjoy my PS5, but most of the games I have for it are also available on PS4. The Demon's Souls remake is legitimately next gen. Elden Ring, although way more enjoyable, then look next gen. GoW Ragnarok looks great but I haven't really compared it the PS4 version, so I don't know.

Other than Demon's Souls, Ratchet & Clank and Returnal, there's not much incentive to go next gen.

I also bought a gaming laptop, and this bitch sounds like it's about to take flight when I play anything.

I enjoyed Ragnarok a lot and 100% it (I never do that). I don't remember if the 2018 had the same problem, but 99% of the enemies don't respawn anymore. Whose creative decision was that? Post game has a lot of content, but after that, no more fun fights outside or boss rush.

Don't rush into it. I've had mine for just over a year. The controller is very impressive. The game that is free with the PS5 "Astro's Playroom". Really shows off what the controller can do.

And I have never once seen a PS5 or new Xbox in an actual store nor available online. There is no supply for them......yet also no demand. Yet during the 360/PS3 era they were flying off of shelves despite huge demand.

I always thought it was a joke to game on Linux and it crash every two loading screens, turns out they made it perfect after all the years, just have to download a launcher and add your exe files to it and it's all good

I was considering getting one but you can get a ps4 pro for a third of the price, which has pretty much the same performance and runs all the same games. I really don't get why so many tards have been clamoring to get one.

650 is probably the lowest you can go for a good gaming PC. PS5 would probably be a bit better in terms of hardware, but you don't have to be locked in to buying games from their store. You can just pirate if you don't want to pay 60 dollars for every new game. Besides, even if some new games escape your specs, you can always download every old game pre-2020. It's basically a bargain deal to get more games than just wanting to get a high-end system to get the latest newest trash. I really don't think it's worth the price to go for a PS5 right now.
