I've been drinking and I just don't get how someone could work like this.
DMCA, complaints, and other inquiries:
You served in the navy by any chance? When I drink, it's 8 to 12 drinks a day starting at 8 am. But I can stop and I have.
You need to drink to perform some other daily function, i.e. sleeping, working, spending time with others.define “functioning”
I don't drink on the job unless it's a work-sponsored party. There's been times I've been peer pressured into having a cocktail or two at lunch and having to come back and do work when you're buzzed blows.
no wonder norton never got hired.I thought everyone in the SNL writers room was drunk all the time. That would explain a lot.
Wtf, is that really the definition? FawkYou need to drink to perform some other daily function, i.e. sleeping, working, spending time with others.
That's crazy man. I suppose that's the positive of working a job like that; shit gets done even when everyone gets sloshed.Probably. I don’t know the criteria but I’ve been drunk at work plenty of times. Every time i fly out to be on site, the lunches and dinners turn into drink fests and have been up drinking until 3am on a Tuesday with coworkers. Been drunk before 3pm on many Fridays and usually leads to blackouts.
So, yeah i think so.
Yeah, weirdly enough, even though I’m a mess, I’m in the top 10% of what i do, so even when I’m slacking, I’m ahead of the rest of the useless people at the company. That's crazy man. I suppose that's the positive of working a job like that; shit gets done even when everyone gets sloshed.
So you're not feeling the buzz anymore? That's a though one.I'm a daily drinker but it's always after work. I usually have three or four rum and sodas but sometimes a couple more. Rarely get drunk or have a hangover. I think I technically qualify as an alcoholic despite it not hampering my life at all but I don't care.
I get the buzz, just stop short of getting drunk. I mainly drink for the muscle relaxing properties - I work a physically demanding job and I'd rather punish my kidneys with good old hooch than pills - they don't give that warm glow that rum does.So you're not feeling the buzz anymore? That's a though one.
Did you start drinking after work for the buzz and just stopped feeling it?
