How can you be 20 years old and not realise jumping out of a cruise ship 200 ft from the water at night is an assured death?

Even if they instantly slammed the breaks on (turned the propellers the other way) it would take miles to return to the area, even in clear daylight conditions it would be difficult to spot him.

Some passengers scanned the horizon for the young man before the ship resumed its journey just before 9am when the US Coast Guard cutter Seneca arrived at the spot.

'The early morning was definitely somber as so many people came out of their cabins to stare at the sea, hoping to be able to aid in finding the person,' said passenger Amy Phelps Fouse.

'It was a sad morning looking out just to see if we come find a clue,' wrote another.

Everything about this is disgusting. Tried to drink with the white folks bc the groids won't accept him, but the whites see him as a charity case and he doesn't belong w/ them either. Impulsiveness of dad gets mixed with the capacity for nihilism/despair from mom. He's from Fl so if he has any reference of Higher Purpose that tells him to keep pushing it's Evangelicalism which means he has nothing to fall back on. Zero chance mom is truly close with either of them as they look nothing like her at all and let's real, she's obv got her own issues to deal with AND she knows once they reach a certain age best case scenario they are somewhat mentally OK but despise her. Imagine the stupid look on her face when they inevitably do the Black Power bit in college.

Ultimately Rosemary's father/the kid's grandfather is responsible for all of this and in a functional society would be charged. Poor kid.

The nigger father has already obtained lawyers, it’s obviously the cruise ships fault his son has a nigger 70 IQ and jumped to his death at 4am.

If that’s what happened, his brother could have just been buying it for him or something.
