Brinton told me he advises all his clients to NEVER respond to people, or I'm lying and I was really crying to Brinton to make Pat stop responding to me. That was when I came up with the "don't reply" and he kept replying and I told him I was going to call the wine lawyer to let him know Pat replies. I truly believe Brinton had no idea fatty replied every time until that call. I also think Brinton described me by my accent to fatty (Sopranos extra voice), the takeaways were, the lawyer wanted him to cease replying, he also informed Rick of what happened, and Rick is very fat and lies almost constantly.
