I believe that if he was a pedophile then after all this time, someone would have come out about it. Especially since he's had a massive public target on him for years now. But every thing he has been accused of has been about being a bad boss. The two most famous Nickelodeon victims, Drake Bell and Amanda Bynes, said that he always supported them and helped them when they were at their worst.
When Drake Bell's abuser went to court, there was a lot of support for him and none for Drake Bell, except for Dan Schneider.
