There's no way that's true unless he's counting federal, state, county, city, sales, gas and any other tax he can think of.

He wants you to think he's making enough to be in a high tax bracket (this would put him in the highest, actually it's higher than the highest) but we obviously know that isn't true.

He would pay and extra 8.65 or so for the employer portion of the SS taxes, but he isn't paying 30% he clearly has never pay more than the lowest marginal rate and doesn't understand it graduates and he'd need to be making hundreds of thousands of income to have that top federal rate pull up his total so high. Very fat and stupid.

By the way, these brackets are marginal rates. So even if you are in the 32% bracket, you're not paying 32% of your income in taxes, only for the amount in excess of $165k. Again, this is the sort of thing a retard who does not work would think.
