You know that he's never done anything to keep up or improve the suspension, probably is late on oil changes with the shittiest oil possible, and uses the worst petrol to run it.

He calls it his baby and leaves it outside for the elements to destroy it.

The tires are probably some type of Walmart special that he got with a coupon. And I bet my left nut the rims are plastic.

If he takes this kind of care of a car he talks up, thank fucking God he never raised a child... Child.
Ray, you mention "petrol" and "Walmart" in the same breath. You are truly a trans-Atlantic individual!

That's six-and-a-half times around the Earth; more than half way from the Earth to the Moon.

The EPA gives his car about 15 MPG for city driving; they also state that each gallon of gas burned releases 20 pounds of CO2 (partly from the oxygen it picks up when it burns). That's on the low end, as it doesn't cover drilling/transportation costs.

That's 1612.57 US tons of CO2, from one vehicle, for one man.... who works from home! Even when he goes out he just goes to Hooligans, a couple of blocks away.

What happened to "Believe the Science", Pat? Is COVID global warming now just a ruse pulled by rich white men like Elon Musk and Bill Gates?

How are you going to explain this to your daughter, Pat - because I bet she's all-in with the Save the Planet movement.

God imagine if environmentalists were to tweet these facts at Rick. It might really grind his gears. Obviously here at this forum, we don’t condone such behavior.

Yea, Spoiler alert, his car isn't as Cherry as he thinks. Also he didn't even get the highest end Mustang available that year, the Shelby GT500. Probably because his poor ass couldn't afford it.

He most likely bought it with 145k on it already making it affordable for him, with 162k on it mechanically its less than worthless for parts if junked

In my line of work I drive HD pickups and recently swapped my 2016 for a 2021 F350 XLT. The trucks I use are nicely optioned mid line trims that cost $30K less than a Platinum or Limited model. The residual value between these models are identical when I trade it sell after 3-5 years. The high end trucks fetch more money because they cost more money. Pat's trim package is a dud in a dud Mustang. I remember when Harley Davidson Super Dutys were all the rage. They were only worth more because they cost more. They don't increase value or desirability after 120K miles. If I take my XLT and park it in the garage for 25 years it'll appreciate the same as the Platinum will. Unless you have a unique model like a GT 350 or GT500 Mustang cut and paste trim packages are worth fuck all.
