No one will use a nuke though. That's why the worlds major powers haven't been at war in nearly a century. Even shithole countries don't get bullied if they have access to nuclear weapons, they just get trade embargoed and painted as villains. It's underdeveloped countries in buttfuck nowhere that don't have access to nukes that get fucked with e.g Afghanistan. And even then nukes won't be used, they'll just send people over to get potshots fired at them all night.
