For those who don't know, that's SaiyanZ Rage from the old O&A sub on his 14th Youtube channel. He's being sued by an ex-UFC fighter/terrible stand-up named Brendan Schaub. Both Brendan and SaiyanZ claim it's for talking shit about Brendan but that's because they're both retards; and the actual case is a copyright claim. Brendan's team have fucked up and forgotten to specify what copyrighted materials SaiyanZ has allegedly infringed, which mean there's no case to answer to. SaiyanZ is claiming it will take eleventy-billion dollars to fight the case; he's raised $5k in donations which is more than enough to make such a shitty case go away but has apparently spent the money on cool hats or something, and is writing his own pleadings, badly and without referring to the literaTure sent out by the court. I believe the case is in a jurisdiction with SLAPP provisions, meaning ThaiyanZ could make a buck or two if he fought it; but no.

It's like watching two retards who know they're in a boxing match, but are too stupid to know whether to punch the ref, the turnbuckles or themselves.
