Fuck that weird shit. Exercise, eat a good diet, avoid post-dinner booze, supplement vitamin D, and pretty soon you'll be amazed how well you sleep.
I agree with everything but supplements, it's all snake oil. Eating decent supplies you with all the vitamins your body needs. Need vitamin D? Go outside.

I'd normally agree but Vitamin D is a bit different. I've been taking 5000iu per day for years and it was one of the biggest difference makers for me. I remember as my levels built up, I could feel the exterior of my teeth hardening (a good thing) due to the interaction with D and calcium. The same thing is happening with your bones. It's also a big immune system booster.

Works, but you can easily overpower it if you're not serious about going to sleep. Also you can build tolerance, so it's better to use it for a week or so to help get you into a regular sleep pattern, then discipline yourself to go to bed at the same time going forward. Rituals like evening toilette help, not taking stimulants before bed, etc and so on.
