Before airpods were invented I was using those little cheap "spy" ear buds from Amazon. I recall them being like 5 dollars but they were probably more. I don’t think they are on Amazon but tempurpedic makes ones out of memory foam that are the absolute best. I once traveled and forgot them and started freaking out as I have gotten so accustomed to getting great sleep.

I have a window that gets raped by the sun certain times of year and a sleeping mask has come in clutch. I sleep a lot longer/better.
