If there's a line on the ground and you're standing on it, it's accurate but you're retarded for needing a line to stand on. Otherwise, you are in line, or in a line if you're not into the whole brevity thing. Brit usage is good, but Americans saying "queueing up" is British Pat faggot shit. It's a tough one, man.
