I tied a rope over a beam in the basement the other day. Made a slipknot, or a noose, which is the one that tightens as you pull the loop? Anyway, I got down on my knees, put my head through that loop, and leaned forward.

Let gravity take the wheel for about twelve, maybe thirteen, seconds. Didn't feel as bad as I thought. Sort of a peaceful grey feeling came over me (no homo). Might go a full hour or eight next time when the kids aren't home. A++ highly recommend.
