That's not a medical grade tank, those are dirty (probably chink produced) 8 gram cartridges which if you blow through a tissue you'll see all the brown gunk from the bottles that are reused indefinitely without ever cleaning or distilling their gases. I bet if you look at the top of the box you'll see little brown dots from the disgusting canisters they fill out of. edit - send them out for gas chromatography review and let me know how much benzene they find. enjoy your early death, love ya miss ya.
