I watched it when it came out back when i was still in school and loved it. I recently rewatched all the series and it's still hilarious, i'd go as far as to say it was the last genuinely funny British sitcom. The movies were pretty good too. It's quite sad that nothing like that would get the greenlight these days.

Yeah, i was around 16 when it came out and me and my mates took the piss out of each other constantly. It's a great representation of being a young English lad in the mid to late 00's. Irc i think they made an American version of it that was shit.

I never watched the American one. I saw a commercial for it and could tell it was garbage.

Hilarious show and, like others have said, spot on in depicting growing up in the UK at that time. Me and my group of mates from school still basically turn into those characters within 5 minutes of meeting up once every few years.

Yeah it's obviously a show but it's certainly pretty close to reality of a teenage lad around that time. I hadn't seen any of it until after both films so did them all in one go.
