Pancakes are pfg. My secret ingredient is to put melted butter into the batter. Then it doesn't stick to the pan. Back in my stoner days I'd put cinnamon sugar between two pancakes and heat that up so the sugar melts.

Those savoury buckwheat galettes eat pretty good, especially with sausage and cheese inside, but not a fan of sweets in general. If you're going to have sweet pancakes though, go all out and have American style ones with butter and maple syrup.
