Having them say "my pleasure" when taking your order, bringing it to you, coming around asking if you want a refill, etc is how all restaurants should train their staff. I've never gone into a chik fil a and worry about someone working behind the counter jumping over and starting to fight with a customer. It's like 1955 in chik fil a and it's tremendous.
