There's a musician out of Brooklyn named Brian Dewan who still plays one. Like @Fat Cunt said, they sound really cool but I've never had a chance to toy around with one.

What plug in do you use? My wife got me a basic one for Christmas that reacts to light and I'm sure I'll get some use out of it but this type seems pretty useful:

I dunno, I used it a while ago for a project. Synthcell or maybe Serum? I've got a few vsts I cycle through.
