It should be the Recording Industry Hall Of Fame, where they'd use objective criteria to nominate artists, just like with sports. How many albums did you sell? How long have you been performing? That way, it'd make sense to induct Dolly Parton, Eminem or Bon Jovi. Having a "rock and roll hall of fame" then inducting Eminen would be like the Baseball Hall Of Fame inducting Wayne Gretzky.
