I think like 50% of love songs about women were written by homosexuals. This sounds like his buddy doesn't know he's (Todd) gay and his buddy's single so they go out and introduce him to women so he can get laid. And once that's out of the way he says "Yeah, now me. I need a girl now." Meanwhile all he can think of is that moment where he could be sliding his dick in between his friends ass cheeks. Also it's impossible that a guy named Todd Rundgren is not gay.
