I can pick out Chinese and Koreans who try to sound white, even born and raised in the west. Andrew Yang has a very Asiatic voice for eg.

Black voice is easiest to pick when sounding white.

Off-topic there is a new-ish mexican accent that is developing... california originated but spoken only by hispanic youth. It is very noticeable:

It's because the "white voice" is so prevalent in society - movies, television, podcasts, etc. People innately pick up on the nuances of language when they listen to it. If you spend the entire day bingwatching a British show, you'll be walking around speaking like a Brit.

A good chunk of Latinos/Asians only really watch Latino/Asian entertainment, they're usually the ones who have the hardest time with English and the thickest accents.

These people just sound like spics to me. Aussies do the same thing where in a corporate setting they'll speak "proper" Australian English but in the pub or a BBQ it's "and then I facken nyeaaaah" kinda sleazy sounding.
