I came back to a city I used to live in over a decade ago and now all my hookups are gone. I feel like dark web drugs can be sketch, if I make one small mistake my opsec is ruined. I read grindr is a good place to get uppers but I don't want meth and I'm not a poofter.

Didn't even really "fake it" per say. It was literally just me making an appointment and asking about ADHD/ADD, how I have significant trouble focusing on tasks, energy levels, motivation, scatterbrained, etc.

Got sent a dinky survey filled it out and sent it back. Then got given a prescription for 30mg vyvanse.

Tbh I want more, she won't give it to me. My doctor changes in the new year though. Just a lil more a lil taste, like 40mg.

I usually avoid NPs (and I always hated NPS since day one) but I might be able to use her lack of expertise to my advantage. Or I'll fuck it up again and get denied.

Doesn't even have to mean her lack of expertise, she could just be a younger person and more open.

It's mostly the old faggot doctors who immediately shoot down any ideas of any medications, even if they'd actually improve your quality of life.

someone else mentioned trying to get a script, probably the best idea... I dunno if they can do vyvanse via 'telemedicine' over the phone.

Edit: find a doctor say you can’t finish reading a book and never could, your wife is complaining that you start a task and wind up doing something else completely, and that you keep forgetting things which you feel has held you back in work and school.

They may say here try strattera or Wellbutrin.

Fill the script throw it in a drawer ignore it.

Go to your follow up appointment say you felt no change and were a little nauseous or dizzy (or make up other side effect) if you want. Let them suggest the stimulant.

Be willing to accept:

Vyvanse
Adderall
Dexedrine

It’s easier if you go to a psychiatrist. A GP is scared to rx anything that has any abuse potential.
