That’s the thing, no spitting needed. It’s just pure nicotine in a little flavored pouch. Zero tobacco. They cut out all the BS and just went straight to the addictive chemical on its own.
I bought some to see if it would help my TTE running and at jiu jitsu and now I can’t stop.

Zyn is spelled very gay. Also sounds and looks to be chinese manufactured. Probably is full of shit that will kill you or give you mouth cancer... you're already late thirties (why) and you can't afford to take this type of product without long term effects.
