Pantera was pretty good, I always liked them. Although to be honest, Phil's tendency toward whinyness (and shitty lyric writing) sometimes held them back. He's kind of a drama queen sometimes.

I know its pretty overplayed but Cemetery Gates still slaps, child and makes me cry and cheer in all the right places. Mouth For War is great too. I like pretty much all of Vulgar Display of Power.
