justified was a terrible show. They didn't even film this new one in detroit, they filmed it in chicago. Surely it must be cheaper to film in detroit vs chicago

the new one takes place in detroit. Putting aside all chicago/detroit/niggers hack shit, setting something in detroit is an invitation to film in the city and show it off and they chose to film it in the metropolis that is five times larger and a few hours away. Detroit and Chicago look nothing alike

Alright, just finished first episode. Kinda glad Keith David’s character bit the dust, it kinda looked like he was going to be a more corrupt obnoxious version of Stephen Root’s character from the original series. Boyd Holbrook isn’t too bad, just not with that Goggin’s charm. Black lawyer seems to be a main character; she’ll drag it down, if this episode is any indication.

I might check it out. The original series got better each season, although the storylines became needlessly overcomplicated by the end. That blonde bitch was kinda hot too.

I tried the original show about 3 times. Could never finish the first season. Olyphant was the worst part of Deadwood. He stinks as a "tough guy," the guy looks like a Men's Health model.
I read the book this new season is based on, City Primeval, years ago before either show came out. Read pretty good, Elmore Leonard rules.
