First thing every morning. A pint of water mixed with a healthy dose of Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, cayenne pepper, ground ginger root and turmeric. I down this with 17 vitamins, minerals, supplements and a couple of ‘scrips all in one shot.
I think about Frank Bellucci every time I do this daily ritual. It was he that suggested it. I believe it keeps him capable of playing 5 gigs/day and keeps him just angry enough with the world to stay here for many years to come.
For me? I believe it keeps me in good voice and able to sing 6-9 hours with no vocal strain, makes me run to the toilet to easily evacuate immediately upon finishing a glass and has probably helped me live through having C-19 four times, no vax and without any major issues despite being 63 having 2 stents, medicated high blood pressure/sugar/cholesterol.
I call the drink “The Foul Concoction” because it tastes like camel ass. If Frank, Jeff Allegue and I start a geriatric metal band one day, I will call it
“The Foul Concoction” in honor of this funky, tepid, noxious glass of wonderfulness.

Ribs bone side up, cover with bbq sauce - 12hrs
Ribs bone side down, cover with bbq sauce - 12hrs.

Fall off the bone, and sheeit.

Boston butt - cook it fat side down over charcoal until its charred. Then rotate around until all the surface is cooked.

Finish 1.5 hours in pressure cooker or in a stockpot with lid in the oven at 170 for 24 hours.

Get an instant pot. You can just dump a bunch of shit in it and it turns into decent food. Pasta or rice, ground beef with taco seasoning, salsa, sriracha, beef broth, corn, black beans and then stir a bunch of shredded cheese in when it's done. It's like hamburger helper with pasta and with rice it makes a good burrito filling or you can just eat it in a bowl.

I make this one all the time but especially when it’s cold and it’s cold as fuck here today. I use a lighter style ale for the beer, be a faggot like me and get some local craft ale and you’ll feel like a fancy boy. Get some crusty bread for a side and dip it

You already mentioned it. Chicken breast or some codfish, broccoli or cauliflower and rice.

I also like a good hearty beef stew with lots of vegetables and potatoes. I make a ton and freeze it.
