Mine is pretty blocked but last time I went to the ENT he gave me shit about smoking and said, “we can either do surgery or just use nasal spray every day.” I finally have good health insurance so I might go to a different one. I’m pretty sure I breathe out of my nose like 90% of the time.

I’ve got one -one nostril is bigger than the other thanks to the blow ive snorted. I can get a quick nose job but I don’t want to spend the money then relapse and make shit worse.

I had my septum fixed and turbinates reduced. The surgery and recovery weren't bad at all. Totally worth it to be able to breathe through my nose. The biggest hassle was getting the insurance to cover it but the doctor did all of the leg work for that. If your insurance will cover it and especially if your deductible isn't high or you've met it, get it done. My sleep quality improved quite a bit and I don't get fatigued nearly as quickly when exercising.

Get that shit fixed. Seconding Turbinate reduction - get Radiofrequency ablation. DO NOT HAVE THEM SURGICALLY REMOVED. A ton of people with surgery report having "Empty nose syndrome" which makes you feel like you're not breathing air. It's apparently so bad if makes them suicidal.
With a good ENT, you don't feel a thing with the ablation but expect bloody snot for like 2 weeks

Lol same. The doctor was like “holy shit man. Switch it up. How much abuse you think the right side is gonna take?!? Use your left side every now and again dude!” And then they found a small hole forming on my septum so ive effectively blown out my right nostril straight to my left nostril. Doesnt hurt, everything seems fine so im not gonna do shit about it. Sniffing H for a couple years did more long term damage than 3/4/5 years of shooting it. I got my nose broken a long time ago and one hole is now narrower, real fawkin problem if the good side gets blocked when I have a cold
