Also I’m a big fan of the NeilMed sinus rinse. I do it religiously every day. Biggest single effect on my health of anything I’ve done. I’m used to have constant sinus infections, problem solved.

I got some generic Claritin pills and Flonase spray at Costco for Pennies. Do them both each morning and it does a pretty good job most of the time.
