Sounds nice, except the humidity and (I assume) giant spiders. Can you develop it at all? I'm guessing the local zoning commission isn't too strict.

People do, it's just not my thing. I have no desire to develop any of this into a home and don't plan on stayng. I do plan on graduating to the city where I'll be studying anyway.
