There aren't. There were just some articles recently about Apple allowing game companies to release emulators where you can download different games, as opposed to having one app per emulated game. You can't just get Retroarch on the App Store yet.

FIrst generation iPhones had the calculator built right in, but iPads never had one. You can download a weird one with ads and chinaware and an option to give them a dollar to not shove ads into your calculator, though.
