Will Judge Ashley redeem himself in Episode 4?

I've been pretty dissapoitned in Judge Ashley the past two episodes, but I'm really hoping he's reached his patience with Fatso and Brinton tomorrow and redeems himself as at least a somewhat competent judge.
The Judge Ashley redemption arc is going to be fantastic. I see him scolding Resto, Ways, and Patrick for wasting the court's time on this ridiculous lawsuit.

Kim Folds, please call me when this is all over, baby. I got that Courvoisier and Isley Brothers vinyl ready...

I could predict the hearing tomorrow being fairly uneventful since Ashley is probably just going to grant them another extension due to the California case being a couple of days later. Hopefully I'm wrong though. I want another 'I see Mr Tomlinson is raising his hand' incident.

Hopefully they give him the option to raise a trotter instead, I want the court system to be inclusive

It's a tough one man. I go back to the last extension they got, which they did immediately after CA got postponed but they didn't this time. If we look at these recordings, the lawyers know they have nothing and they're going to get nothing. My new guess is they take the "withdraw the suit with option to refile" that he offered them before. Which really means he's out of money.

I'm really curious to see if any of the IP's they got from the funeral home website got served.

If i remember the sequence of events correctly, in the first hearing resto hurried ashley into approving the ip service at the very end of the hearing. This was the "dallas buyers club" reference. Then in the next hearing he said that he had read through that and removed his approval to use that case to subpeona the ips.

We don't know what went on in the background during the july extension filing, but there would have been other documents submitted. It doesn't seem like that went anywhere, but there's no way to know for sure.

I don't speak legalese, but Im interpreting that as "Rick is fucking fat". Maybe I'm reading that wrong, I don't have a degree in wine law.
