Too much time fluffing himself as some kind of unique performer / “talent”. Add a couple of decades of literally doing nothing but fucking around on the guitar / messing with audio equipment and you’ve got a recipe for no sense of discipline or obligation to anybody else, let alone a group of musicians working together.
