Pretty common these days. I work with a woman who is 38 and just spent over thirty thousand dollars to have a kid. It worked out and the kid is fine but why what twenty years to have a kid? What are you waiting for?

Not a single woman I know who is 40+ and has no kids did anything even remotely productive with that free time. Meanwhile I know women with multiple children that were doctors, lawyers, one I know is a restaurant owner with seven kids who all work for her doing catering or business expansion. I know dozens of men with no kids who have insane careers, 20+ years in the military or firefighting, business owners, and so on.

The only women with no kids who are successful are women in sports or entertainment. And half of them are dykes. Probably more than half.

This has always bugged me. When I was making minimum wage I would do the math (just in case, can never be too prepared knowwhadimean?) and I could afford a kid while paying rent. My life would be completely miserable having to skrimp and save at every corner, but it just meant growing the fuck up. Seems like nowadays, women want to fuck their way through their 20s then try and settle down when they're in their early-mid 30s. But they want to settle down with the hot guy making big money with a good career. Can't help but notice the family members who had kids and the ones who didn't. The childless ones all have had strokes and are wetbrained from drinking too much and now don't seem to know when to shut the fuck up about anything, much less talk about anything other than themselves. They look way older and more haggard than people ten or twenty years older than them.

Basically, if you aren't going to procreate at least have a nice garden and eat right and stay clean so you at least look like you actually take advantage of all that rest you're allegedly getting.
