I used to get multipacks from GNC and it's just a waste of money. Just eat clean and you'll get everything you need.

Multivitamins are about making sure you get every shitty little nutrient your body should have. You likely won't notice anything by taking one. I think you'd need to have scurvy for that.

If you're doing shifts at all hours, not eating great and waking up not feeling rested, it sounds like your sleep is fucked up.

I used to have a terrible diet until I went keto and completely changed my intestinal microbiome. I knew everything changed because I was now lactose intolerant when before I could drink a lot of cow milk with no problem. I lost weight, my skin cleared up, and I had tons of energy and finally felt 'normal'.

If you can't go keto, do your best to stop eating pasta, breads, and sugar. You'll feel so much better.

Your sleep and micronutrients are probably fucked up. A multivitamin can help this somewhat, but there are still a lot of micronutrients you are probably Tomlinson-levels of deficient in:

  • Potassium - almost nobody gets the RDA of 4700mg. Spinach, potatoes, oranges/orange juice are da real MVPs here. Bananas are OK but not the ultimate potassium powerhouses they're made out to be.
  • Iodine - 4oz 100% Cranberry juice (not that ocean spray shit - if it tastes good and not disgustingly tart you got the wrong stuff), or salt your food with iodized salt
  • Magnesium - spinach, almonds, a dedicated magnesium suppliment (get magnesium glycinate - the other cheap kind might make you shit yourself)
  • Choline - eggs. The darker the yolks the better.
  • Calcium - dairy, full fat Greek yogurt if you want the probiotics too
  • Vitamin D - milk, sunlight, supplement - a quick easy way if you're drinking OJ is just get the orange juice with calcium and Vitamin D added
Apart from that, reduce your carbs and make sure the ones you are eating are clean - potatoes, white rice, and eat more red meat. Eliminate processed shit as much as you can.

Get some exercise - a good rule of thumb if you're not benching 250 on Gym Day is take a moderately brisk 10 minute walk after each meal, which works to help blood glucose.

A quick lazyfag recipe for a massive infusion of micronutrients is a shake made from orange juice, Greek yogurt and a handful of frozen spinach. It will look green but the spinach doesn't impart a taste and it will taste like an orange creamsicle.

Oh and one more thing - if you're a Fatass or your neck is ~19" or larger you probably have sleep apnea which will make you feel like dogshit. Get a sleep study done. If you can't afford to get a sleep study, fuck a homely girl and the morning after ask her if you snored. Alternatively, you can get a Cpap off of Craigslist, just make sure it's an *Auto* CPAP so it will adjust itself and you don't have to set the parameters. Philips Dreamstation auto cpap is great for this and about $300ish online.

Unless you really need them, don't bother. My diet is all based around hitting my macros, but it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of micros, so I suppliment. If you're eating healthy with the right plants in your diet, you don't need supps.

Yeah. It makes a lot of sense if you think about it. The quality of your bacteria increases the quality of your health and wellbeing (and brain and life). Kind of like how niggers reduce the quality of their environment. To get non-nigger bacteria and a non-nigger life, you have to feed your innards the right food. Simple question: Do you want a temple built by niggers or do you want a temple made by the highest quality white people?
